Terms of Service — Refyne Resume

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Refyne Resume ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of any resume or job description you submit. By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

3. AI-generated suggestions

The Service uses AI to generate keyword suggestions, summary rewrites, and grammar fixes. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all suggestions before adding them to your resume. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in a job offer, interview, or specific ATS score.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFYNECV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising (including Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
